After a pivotal year in 2019 marked by numerous investments, Lavazza wishes to start the year 2020 with an unusual and original event, which marks a change of tone compared to previous years, and which makes it possible to get back to basics, giving meaning to everyone’s work and strengthening the sense of values.

The BOOSTCAMP LAVAZZA
Invite employees to BOOSTCAMP LAVAZZA - a naming exercise and a concept offering a new meeting format, one which is engaging, dynamic, daring and which fully incorporates the values of the brand.
Created entirely in Darwin, a complete ecosystem based on a former military site in Bordeaux. This transitional laboratory dedicated to supporting start-ups and projects linked to sustainable development houses a restaurant, an organic grocery store and associative areas, and also hosts an inspiring plenary assembly, participatory workshops and a unique evening ending with a silent party… before the participants retire to 2 dormitories created from scratch for the occasion.

An event that highlighted the key values of the year 2020 and offered a different, original and inventive opportunity to meet up.
The employees were immersed in a different, responsible and sustainable ecosystem and underwent a remarkable experience with a very perceptible CSR dimension.
The dormitories created by the employees were then reused to provide accommodation for homeless women with their children. They are still used today for welcoming people in difficulty.
